YWCA YoWoChAs Outdoor Education Centre prides itself on offering quality outdoor experiences that promote respect for self, others and the environment. We offer programmes for: Leadership Development, Environmental Education and Outdoor Recreation.

• Planning a camp can be quite a difficult task, YWCA YoWoChAs staff provide expertise to ensure a successful camp experience.
• From setting your goals, to completing detailed plans of the trip, to planning the programme, we are available to help you.
• We provide custom made programmes designed to meet the goals of each group.
• We offer a wide variety of programmes including leadership development, environmental education and skills for outdoor recreation.
• We will provide programmes to meet curriculum needs (i.e. Guides, Alberta Education), to enhance group dynamics, to develop leadership or to provide a recreation experience.
• We take our role based on the need of the group leaders; we will provide total leadership or assist the group leaders.

Fees

Fees Include:

• Accommodation.
• Use of all programme areas and equipment.
• Assistance in pre-trip planning.
• Programme staff instruction.
• A leader rate available for adults supervising youth groups at a 1 leader for every 5 participants ratio.

We've provided prices for our most common visits, but are happy to provide quotes for different options.

Package 2 includes accomodation in tent cabins or at tent sites. It does not include meal service, unless otherwise indicated in the fee schedule.
