Examples of Proof of Income are; a photocopy of 2007 Income Tax Return plus 2 current pay stubs from all employers, evidence of maintenance and other non-taxable income, evidence of supports for income, employment insurance or AISH benefits, etc.

Important Notes!

•  Please ensure that your application is complete and that proof of income documents and one camp registration form per child are attached

•  Do not send any money at this time.

•  Once your application has been reviewed, you will be contacted regarding the amount of campership you are eligible to receive.

•  At that time, your portion of camp fees are due. If you are making monthly payments, post dated payments are required.

•  The child(ren) will not be guaranteed a spot in the camp until your portion of fees has been paid.

•  If the programme you have requested for your child is full, an alternative choice will be arranged if possible.

•  This process can take 3-5 weeks to complete, so please apply as early as possible.

•  Camperships are awarded on a first come, first served basis and are limited to one per child, per year.
